RideBook shows a speedometer and service reminders. Neither is a safety system. Ride to the road and to your vehicle's own instruments, not to a phone screen.
By installing or using RideBook you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.
A record-keeping tool for vehicle fuel, servicing and trips. It is provided free of charge during testing. It is not a diagnostic tool, not a legal record, and not a substitute for your manufacturer's service schedule or a qualified mechanic.
Reminders are based on intervals you choose, or on general defaults we suggest as a starting point. They are not specific to your vehicle's manufacturer schedule, its condition, or how it is used. Always follow your owner's manual and a qualified mechanic's advice. A missed or inaccurate reminder is not our responsibility.
Everything you record stays on your device and belongs to you. We claim no rights over it. Because there is no server, we hold no backup of your records — if you lose or reset your phone without an export, the data is gone. Use More → Export everything regularly. This is why the feature exists.
Figures the app produces — mileage, cost per kilometre, totals — are calculated from what you enter. Photo scanning helps, but it can misread a number, so always glance at the values before saving. We do not warrant that any figure is accurate, and you should not rely on them for tax, insurance, warranty or resale purposes without checking.
While RideBook is in closed testing the app may change substantially, features may be added or removed, and defects are expected. If a change would delete or alter your existing records, we will say so in the release notes beforehand.
Do not decompile, resell or redistribute the app, and do not use it to break any law. We may end access for anyone who does.
RideBook is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, injury, mechanical damage, missed maintenance, fine, or lost data arising from using the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
The app is currently free. If paid features are introduced, they will be sold through Google Play and its refund policy will apply. Existing records will never be locked behind a payment.
These terms may be updated; material changes will be noted here with a new date. The laws of Bangladesh apply, without affecting any consumer rights you have where you live.
